The privacy policy explains how I use personal information collected at Yardley Yoga. I collect personal contact information via my Student Health Questionnaire form from every new student upon taking any class. No Student Health Questionnaire forms are held electronically only paper copies. The type of Contact Information that is collected include: name, address, email address, telephone number and information about your health and any specific requests relating to the yoga class. You are under no obligation to provide any personal data however, other than your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and postal address. I ask for further information regarding health to obtain a better understanding of how I can improve my offering to you. In all instances it is entirely your choice whether or not to provide this additional information.
I never share, sell or exchange your personal information with any other person, company or organisation. I solely run Yardley Yoga therefore no other individuals have access or view your personal data.
